About Us

Thomas H Wood Estate Agents is an independent family owned business with over 60 years experience of selling and letting properties in Cardiff and South Wales.

The business was established in 1970 by Thomas H Wood himself from offices in Park Place, Cardiff, opposite the New Theatre. It was from here that the sales and lettings of residential and commercial properties became the cornerstone of the business.

In recent years, Thomas H Wood has been joined in the business by his two sons, John and Paul, who have added their experience, expertise and enthusiasm to the already well established practice. John and Paul have helped to grow and strengthen the business whilst all the time maintaining the same integrity and high service levels that have become associated with the company name.

Thomas H Wood Estate Agents continue to move forward with the latest developments and fully embrace the inevitable changes of today’s markets, whilst retaining the personal touch synonymous with the name.
